LUCENA CITY — Two fetuses and a lifeless child boy had been present in Cavite, Batangas, and Rizal provinces on Dec. 14, police stated on Sunday.
The Area 4A police reported that two bike riders, who had been repairing their car, discovered a foul-smelling wrapped parcel dumped on the roadside in Barangay (village) Sabang in Naic, Cavite round 7:30 a.m.
Out of curiosity, the riders opened the parcel and found a fetus, believed to be seven to eight months outdated. They instantly reported it to the native police station.
In Lipa Metropolis, Batangas, a meals cart vendor observed a cumbersome black backpack on the roadside in Barangay Mataas na Lupa round 2:30 p.m.
When he opened the backpack, he noticed a bloodied fetus wrapped in a fabric. The seller reported the incident to the police.

The intercourse of the fetuses was not specified within the police report.

In the meantime, a villager discovered an deserted lifeless child boy on a bridge alongside NHA Avenue in Barangay Dela Paz, Antipolo Metropolis, Rizal round 6:30 a.m. The physique was wrapped in a towel inside a bag.
The toddler was taken to a funeral residence and later buried within the native cemetery.
Authorities are reviewing safety digital camera footage within the areas to determine the individual or individuals behind the dumping of the fetuses and the toddler.
